This program is set up by weeks (8-week program) and is intended to be done slowly. It is best if you can spend some time every day or every other day during each week, and repeat the videos during that week before moving on. It's important that you listen to your body and really understand before moving on and just checking a box. If you need 2 weeks to complete 1-week that is completely okay - you do what works best for you! 

If you are newly postpartum in your 4th Trimester (which is the 12-week period immediately after having your baby) - then this program is for you. Please start here if your are brand new to my program and you are in this 4th Trimester window. 

You may also start with this program if you are farther along in your postpartum journey - this program is also great for healing Diastasis Recti! It does not matter if you are 1 week postpartum or 20 years postpartum - this program will benefit you if you want to reconnect to your pelvic floor and core. 

*Please note if you are more than 6 months postpartum - you may be able to move more quickly through this program.
