This is the basis for everything you will learn in the program so you must start here with diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic floor and deep core connection before moving into the postnatal programs.
However, if you are starting my program for the FIRST TIME and you are newly postpartum in your 4th Trimester (1-12 weeks after birth) START with the POSTPARTUM REHAB PROGRAM which you can find if you scroll down the course - it safely progresses you slowly by reconnecting to your pelvic floor & core to prepare you for exercise when you are cleared by your doctor.
