Please make sure you have already done the Pelvic Floor & Core Basics before moving on to this section.
However, if you are starting my program for the FIRST TIME and you are newly postpartum in your 4th Trimester (1-12 weeks after birth) START with the POSTPARTUM REHAB PROGRAM - it safely progresses you slowly by reconnecting to your pelvic floor & core to prepare you for exercise when you are cleared by your doctor.
